Terms of Service
Last updated September 29, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Travel Pilot ("we", "us"), the seller and operator of TravelPilot AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.
The Service
TravelPilot AI is subscription software that helps independent travel agents manage clients, trip requests, proposals and follow-ups. It is not a travel agency: it does not book travel, verify supplier prices or availability, or take payments from travellers. AI-drafted content may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before sharing.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, fraud, spam or unsolicited messaging.
- No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
- No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or circumventing security or usage limits.
- You are responsible for content you enter and prompts you submit, and for how you use generated outputs.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the Service.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our refund policy.
Service level
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination you may request export of your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will note the date above. Questions: contact Travel Pilot via travelpilot.agency.
