Compliance
Last updated September 30, 2026
Travel Pilot provides software for travel agents. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or seller of travel.
Privacy law
We collect only the data needed to run the service, and we honour requests to access, correct or delete personal data. The agency using TravelPilot is responsible for its own clients' data, and Travel Pilot processes that data on the agency's behalf. See our Privacy Policy and Data Privacy pages.
Payments and tax
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for TravelPilot subscriptions. It handles payment processing, sales tax and VAT, and invoices. Card data is handled under Paddle's PCI DSS compliance, not stored by Travel Pilot.
Follow-up reminders are one-to-one messages about a client's trip, sent only after the agent approves them. Recipients who opt out or bounce are automatically suppressed.
Travel regulations
Prices, availability and itineraries in TravelPilot are drafts until the agent confirms them with the supplier. Agents remain responsible for their own licensing, seller-of-travel registration and consumer disclosures.
Certifications
Travel Pilot doesn't currently hold formal certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. We'll update this page if that changes.
